These terms apply to Orbit Hop, including the game and this website. By using Orbit Hop you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The game
Orbit Hop is free to play. We may change, add or remove features at any time. Online features (Faction War, Live Duel, share links) need an internet connection and our servers, and may be unavailable at times.
Your progress
Your progress is stored in your browser on your device. If you clear your data or switch devices you can lose it, and we cannot restore it.
Fair play and names
Be kind and play fair. Please do not:
- use offensive, hateful or impersonating display names;
- cheat, use bots or automation, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage in online features;
- attack, overload or try to break into our servers, or scrape them;
- harass other players.
We may remove names or scores and block access to online features for anyone who breaks these rules.
Virtual items
Stars, Dark Matter, skins, trails, worlds, abilities and similar items are for use inside Orbit Hop only. They have no cash value, cannot be traded or sold, and we may adjust or rebalance them. If paid items are introduced, the price and any extra terms will be shown before you buy.
Ownership
The game, its code, art, music, mascot and voice clips belong to us or our licensors. You may play for personal use and you are welcome to share screenshots and videos of your gameplay. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the game or its assets.
Space history and trademarks
Journey missions are inspired by real events. Orbit Hop is not affiliated with or endorsed by NASA or any other space agency. Names and marks belong to their owners.
AI-generated voices
The voice reactions in the game are generated with AI.
No guarantees
Orbit Hop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost progress. Because the game is free, our total liability is limited to zero, or to the amount you paid us if you bought something.
Ending use
You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your access to online features.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using Orbit Hop after a change, you accept the new terms.
